Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and 18+ requirement

The Service is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use FaceFlirt. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts we identify as belonging to minors are removed.

We apply age-verification measures at registration and during moderation, and we remove accounts found to belong to anyone under 18. Records and content obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and similar laws are handled in our 2257 Statement. Any attempt to evade these requirements results in permanent termination.

2. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not sell, share or transfer your account.
• Notify us at support@faceflirtapp.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy — review it to learn how we collect, use and protect your data.

3. User responsibilities and prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Service to engage in, share or facilitate:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content or conduct;
• Sexual solicitation, prostitution or commercial sexual services;
• Any content involving minors, including sexualised depictions;
• Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking or hate speech;
• Spam, scams, fraud, phishing or financial solicitation;
• Illegal activity, including the sale of drugs, weapons or stolen data;
• Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of your identity or age;
• Recording, capturing or redistributing another user's video or messages without consent;
• Automated access, scraping, reverse engineering or interference with the Service.

Our Community Guidelines form part of these Terms and describe prohibited behaviour in more detail.

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant FaceFlirt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit and display that content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

You are solely responsible for your content and for your interactions with other users. We do not endorse user content, and we may review or remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Moderation, reporting and blocking

You can block and report other users from within the app. Reports may be reviewed by our moderation team, and we may take enforcement action including a warning, content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension or permanent termination of the account. We may act without prior notice where the safety of users is at risk or where required by law.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if your conduct exposes FaceFlirt or other users to risk or liability, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Safety in the app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law or the rules of the relevant app store.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy & Safety, or on the web at /delete-account . Deletion follows the same process everywhere:

• Your profile is hidden from other users immediately;
• you confirm the request with a one-time code sent to your email;
• a 30-day cooling-off period follows, during which you can restore your account and data at any time by signing in;
• after 30 days your profile and personal data are permanently erased, except records we must keep for legal, safety, security or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Deletion does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that separately in your store account settings.

8. Your data and its protection

We collect only the information needed to run matching, chat and safety — and we never sell your personal information. We use technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring. Full details are in our Privacy Policy . You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on your account.

9. Premium subscriptions and payment

• FaceFlirt Premium is sold on a single recurring weekly subscription at $5.00 per week. There are no monthly or yearly plans at this time — the only plan is weekly, on this website and in the mobile app alike. The price shown at checkout applies and may be converted into your local currency.
• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms and payment methods.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by the app store that processed your purchase, in line with its refund policy and any non-waivable rights you have under local law.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects a renewal.

10. Third-party app stores

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". FaceFlirt does not verify the identity, statements or intentions of every user and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You interact with other users at your own risk and should use good judgement, never sharing financial or sensitive personal information.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceFlirt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaceFlirt, its officers, partners and employees from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your interactions with other users, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FaceFlirt is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

Before starting any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the version number and last-updated date above, and where appropriate we will notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force;
• these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between you and FaceFlirt regarding the Service;
• our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it;
• you may not transfer your account or these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you.
