Scope
FaceFlirt is an 18+ live video and messaging service. Sexually explicit conduct and nudity are prohibited by our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and content of that kind is removed and enforced against when identified.
Record-keeping
All communications on FaceFlirt are created by users in real time. FaceFlirt does not produce, create or commission visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
With respect to content that users transmit through the service, FaceFlirt acts in the capacity described in 47 U.S.C. §230(c) and, where applicable, 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
Statement pending legal review
The definitive §2257 statement for FaceFlirt — including the identity and address of any designated custodian of records and any related compliance certifications — is being finalised with qualified legal counsel and will be published here in full. No custodian, address or certification is asserted on this page until that review is complete.
